Government Restructuring: Key Appointments and Dismissals Announced
In a significant government reshuffle, the Ministry of Interior, the Deed and Cadastre Department, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and the State Planning Organization (DPO) have undergone changes in leadership. The decisions regarding these appointments and dismissals were formally published in the Official Gazette yesterday.
Mehmet Yulaf, who served as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior since March 11, 2022, has been dismissed from his position. Halil Sakallı is appointed as his replacement. Additionally, Ecevit Alper has been appointed as the new Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
In the Deed and Cadastre Department of the Ministry of Interior, Berna Selengin, who has been in charge since January 22, 2021, has also been dismissed. Ali Alioğlu will take over her responsibilities.
Furthermore, the DPO witnessed the dismissal of its Undersecretary, who had been in office since April 7, 2021. Durali Güçlüsoy has been appointed to fill this vacancy.
Finally, Levent Hızal, who has held the position of head of monitoring and coordination since July 18, 2019, has been replaced by Hürol.
These changes come amid ongoing efforts to enhance governance and improve administration within these key ministries. The new appointees are expected to bring fresh perspectives and strategies to their respective roles.
