April 23 Celebrations at Istanbul Airport
İGA, the operator of Istanbul Airport, celebrated April 23rd in a special way this year with a band show and various activities for passengers of all ages. The band show took place in the section of the airport where both domestic and international lines are located, entertaining local and foreign travelers. Many passengers were seen capturing these festive moments on their mobile phones.
Children waiting for their flights were not left out of the fun as they enjoyed face painting, sausage balloon activities, and magician shows. To make the experience even better, children and their families were treated to cotton candy, popcorn, and wafers.
As part of the celebrations, a MasterChef Junior workshop was held at FoodİGA in the international departures area, where children of airport staff between the ages of 4-6 made delicious chocolate chip cookies. These cookies were then served to passengers and children visiting the airport, adding a sweet touch to the joyful atmosphere.
