In March, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 2.46% on a monthly basis, while the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) increased by 1.88%. These figures reflect a significant annual inflation rate of 38.1% for consumer prices and 23.5% for domestic producer prices.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) has released its "sectoral inflation expectations," indicating that annual inflation expectations among market participants increased by 1.0 percentage point to 41.7%. Interestingly, the expectation for inflation among households decreased by 4.1 points in the last month, settling at 27.2%.
