Armenian Ambassador Meets with Turkmenistan Mejlis Chairperson
The Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Dunyigozel Gulmanova, recently met with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia, Arsen Avagyan, on January 17.
During the meeting, Dunyigozel Gulmanova congratulated Ambassador Arsen Avagyan on his new diplomatic role and took the opportunity to discuss various aspects of Turkmenistan’s domestic and foreign policy. This included an overview of Turkmenistan’s neutral status and the work conducted by the national parliament.
Both parties expressed their satisfaction with the potential for collaboration in areas such as enhancing national legislation, parliamentary practices, and fostering stronger friendly ties between the two countries.
This meeting highlights the importance of diplomatic relations and the willingness of both Turkmenistan and Armenia to work together for mutual benefit.
