Arnavutköy Warehouse Engulfed in Flames
A fire broke out in a warehouse in Arnavutköy, Istanbul where landscaping materials belonging to the municipality were stored. The incident took place in the Mehmet Akif Ersoy Neighborhood around 16:30.
Employees noticed the flames and quickly reported the fire. In response, numerous firefighters, police, and medical teams rushed to the scene to tackle the blaze. The warehouse, filled with plastic materials, emitted a significant amount of smoke that could be seen in nearby districts.
The firefighters, aided by the police Anti-Crime Vehicle (TOMA), worked together to bring the fire under control and extinguish it in a timely manner. Thankfully, no injuries were reported in the incident.
