Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis Speaker leads delegation to Vienna

Baku, June 19 – A delegation led by the Speaker of Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis, the country’s parliament, has begun an official visit to Vienna, the capital of Austria.

The delegation comprises Tahir Mirkishili, the head of the working group on Azerbaijan-Austria interparliamentary relations and chairman of the committee, Siyavush Novruzov, chairman of another committee, as well as MPs Sahib Aliyev, Azer Karimli, and Elnur Allahverdiyev. The Head of the Parliament’s Apparatus, Farid Hajiyev, and other officials are also part of the delegation.

During the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation is expected to hold meetings with Austrian counterparts and discuss various matters of mutual interest. This visit aims to strengthen the existing parliamentary relations between the two countries.
