Authorities intercept rubber boat carrying 27 irregular migrants off Edirne coast
The Enez Coast Guard Surveillance Station recently made a significant discovery during their routine checks along the coast. A boat carrying a total of 27 irregular migrants, including 11 children, was detected off the coast of Enez.
Upon receiving the report, the Coast Guard teams swiftly arrived at the scene and managed to intercept the boat. The migrants were then taken to the Enez Port by the Coast Guard boat, where they were handed over to the Provincial Immigration Administration.
