The incident was witnessed by the spouses of both parties. The indictment states that Uzun suffered a broken leg and there is enough evidence to proceed with a public lawsuit. The prosecutor’s office is seeking a prison sentence of 6 years and 10 months for Üçgül, who serves as a police officer in the Dalaman District Police Department.
