The Turkish Cypriot Journalists Association (KTGB) will give “Media Success and Incentive Awards” on the Press Day, which is celebrated on July 11 every year.
The period in the applications that started on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 for the Media Achievement and Incentive Awards Competition will be filled at 13.00 on Monday, June 16, 2025.
Applications for the competition can be made directly by the owner, as well as recommendations for other members by members of the Journalists Association.
In order to honor journalists in the fields of “Media Achievement Awards” written, new media and radio and television; In the “Incentive Awards ,, the work periods in the profession will be given to journalists who own yellow press cards and communication students and/or new graduates.
In addition to the Media Achievement and Incentive Awards, the Specialist Special Award for Peace Journalism ”, Hakan Hakan Çakmak Culture and Art Award in the Media” and the “Academic Study Award that contributes to the profession of journalism”.
