Deputy Prime Minister, Culture Department affiliated to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment, on June 1, World Children’s Day, is organizing an event at Kumarcılar Inn.

According to the information given from the Culture Department, the event will be held with the contributions of the Society of Solidarity Association and the Folklore Association (Folk-Der) of the Association of Society of Society of Volunteers and Nicosia. The event, which will start at 11.00 on Sunday, June 1, will take place in various demonstrations and activities.

At the event, the Folk-Der Junior team will perform Cyprus songs with the accordion to be played by Music Teacher Sadiye Esenyel and present examples of folk dances. During the event, the director of the Culture Department and Şirin Zaimağaoğlu will give the children the Turkish grammar book “Journey to the Land of Words”, which was taught as an assistant textbook in primary schools.

At the event, individuals who have completed Barista training at the Ministry of Hotel Management Center and work in the “New World +1 Cafe” will serve coffee.
