Dr. While Dilek Çelik and Cyber Technology Specialist Computer Engineer Ekin Tulga discussed the psychological and social effects of cyber bullying on individuals, they also shared the individual and social measures that can be taken against this problem. The panel, attended by individuals from different age groups as well as teachers, guidance experts and civil society representatives, became an important platform to confront the dark aspects of the digital age and discuss solutions.
