Prime Ministry State Planning Organization Undersecretary Durali Güçlüsoy participated in the Eastern Anatolian Economic Cooperation Forum held in Malatya and made a presentation.

In the forum, which includes approximately 300 guests, Durali Güçlüsoy, Undersecretary of the State Planning Organization of the Prime Ministry made a comprehensive presentation on the investment environment of the TRNC.
In his speech, Güçlüsoy drew attention to the strategic position of the TRNC in the Eastern Mediterranean, young and educated population structure, tax incentives and infrastructure projects.
Stressing that common investments such as water supply project, electrical Enterconnekte system and fiber infrastructure transformation protocol, which was implemented with Turkey, play a critical role in the economic development of the TRNC, Güçlüsoy said that these projects are not only infrastructure, but also the concrete indicators of the Turkish-KKTC brotherhood and the unity of fate.
In his presentation, Güçlüsoy, who conveyed information about free trade zones, organized industrial areas, renewable energy investments, higher education sector and potential opportunities in tourism, invited the participants to see the investment opportunities in the TRNC.
Durali Güçlüsoy expressed his satisfaction with participating in the forum and said that strengthening the trade and investment bridges between Eastern Anatolia and the TRNC will make significant contributions to regional development.
In the event, the economic relations with Azerbaijan and multilateral cooperation with the Turkish States Organization came to the agenda within the scope of the vision of the Turkish world.
