Republican Assembly Economy, Finance, Budget and Plan Committee, today, UBP Deputy Official Eroglu Canaltay was gathered.
At the meeting, under the title of “Insurance Services (Regulation and Audit) (Amendment) Law”, two separate drafts dated 2024 and 2025 were combined. The committee continued to discuss the combined bill. It was decided to continue the negotiations at the next meeting.
As an invitation to the committee, the authorities from the Department of Money, Exchange and Development Fund Works, the Ministry of Finance and the Turkish Cypriot Insurance Agencies Association presented their opinions.
The committee meeting, President Official Eroglu Canaltay, as well as UBP Deputy Hasan Kucuk, CTP Deputy Salahi Sahiner and UBP deputy Alişan Şan attended.
