With the support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Asia and South Caucasus Freedom of Expression Network (CASCFEN) and Azerbaijan-Cyprus Friendship Society organized together with the “Turkish World: Common Heritage to the Common Future” project “Our family is the Turkish World”.

President Ersin Tatar and National Education Minister Nazım Çavuşoğlu also attended the conference which started at 16.30 at the Presidential Campus.

Speaking at the conference, President Ersin Tatar talked about the unity and historical ties between the TRNC and Azerbaijan and emphasized the importance of the Turkish States Organization of the Turkish States Organization.

Tatar said that the Turkish world is strengthened with economic, cultural and all kinds of relations, thanked Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and greetings to the Azeri people.

Recalling that he attended the meeting of the Organization for Economic Cooperation in Azerbaijan last week, Tatar said that the TRNC was represented by his name at this meeting and that it was a diplomatic success.

Stating that the TRNC will continue to work for further progress of its relations with the Turkish world, President Tatar said, orum I hope that the relations between us will progress further. ” he said.

In his speech, the Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu touched upon the relations and contacts of the TRNC and Azerbaijan.

Çavuşoğlu explained that he had interviews with his counterpart in Azerbaijan and emphasized the importance of the education of young people from Azerbaijan and the rapprochement between young people from Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani young people and young people from the TRNC.

Cavusoglu, the conference between the two countries prepared the ground for the rapprochement, he said.

Azerbaijani Deputy Vügar Isgenderov stated that the Turkish world has spread to a wide geography and said, uz We are committed to our values. ” he said.

In his speech, CASCFEN President and journalist Nadir İsmailov wished that the Turkish world would be together and strong in the new world order.

Orhan Hasanoğlu, President of the Azerbaijan-KKTC Friendship Society, said that the Azerbaijani Cultural Center in Nicosia will be operational. Hasanoğlu stated that the works will be carried out to strengthen the ties between the two countries and thanked President Ersin Tatar for his work in this direction.

Following the speeches, Nadir İsmailov presented a plaque to President Ersin Tatar. Afterwards, the conference ended with the souvenir photo of the participants.
