President Ersin Tatar, Metin Aybars, one of the popular names of the society who lost his life today, issued a condolence message.
Expressing his sadness due to the loss of Aybars, President Tatar said, “As a former Mujahideen and Mujahideen Commander, I wish God’s mercy to the Metin Aybars, who passed great services to the establishment of our state, and condolences to his family and lovers”.
Mujahideen Commander Metin Aybars also took part in the board of directors of the Cyprus TMT Mujahideen Association. Metin Aybars, the former supervisor of the Civil Aviation Department Air Traffic Control Branch, also gave an interview to the Turkish Agency Cyprus (TAK).
Aybars will be buried in Nicosia Cemetery after the noon prayer in Ismail Safa Mosque tomorrow.
