The Ministry of National Education and Telsim signed a cooperation protocol regarding the organization of the Telsim Freezone 10th High School Music Competition.

The protocol was signed by Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu and TRNC Telsim General Manager Sefer Tüz.

Ministry bureaucrats and Telsim officials were also present at the signing ceremony held at the Ministry of National Education.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu reminded that the 10th Telsim Freezone High School Music Competition will be held this year and said that Telsim has been serving the country in different fields for a long time and the best of these services is the Freezone High School Music Competition.

In his speech, he said, “The best investment in the world is the investment in people. “Investing in young people is even more valuable.” Çavuşoğlu pointed out that Vodafone Telsim creates a bridge to develop people and bring them together with the world.

Noting that they organize the contest consistently every year and that there is a very serious participation, Çavuşoğlu thanked Telsim for their support to the youth of the country and their contributions to the introduction of 4.5G to the country.

Telsim General Manager Sefer Tüz stated that they were very happy to be organizing the Freezone High School Music Competition for the 10th time and thanked everyone who contributed to the organization of the competition.

Tüz said that as Vodafone group, they always give priority to investing in young people and that they maintain these priorities in the TRNC, adding that young people showed great interest in the competition and they aim to organize the best competition of all time with 4.5G.

At the end of his speech, Tuz, thanked the Ministry of National Education, students and teachers for their support and work, and wished the protocol to be beneficial.

Applications for the Telsim Freezone High School Music Competition, which will be held for the 10th time this year with the slogan “Discover the talent within you”, will be made between 1 October and 22 December 2023.

Best female soloist, best male soloist, best key instrument, best percussion instrument, best string and wind instrument, best guitar, best bass guitar, best stage, best performance, best orchestra and Ekrem Yeşilada The final of the competition, where awards will be given in the Special Award categories, will be held on April 18.
