The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Cyprus Office reported that President Ersin Tatar and Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Christodoulides visited the Anthropology Laboratory of the Missing Persons Committee (CMP) today.
Reminding that the European Union (EU) has been the main donor of CMP efforts with a total of 36 million euros to date, in the statement, UNDP Cyprus Office Head Jakhongir Khaydarov said, “We offer our sincere appreciation to the two leaders for their interest in the issue of losses. Their visit to the Anthropology Laboratory gives a message of unity, hope and peace.”
