The Department of Higher Education and External Relations (YÖDİD) announced that the success rankings of students who participated in the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) conducted by the Republic of Turkey Evaluation, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) and graduated from high schools in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) were announced.
It was noted in the announcement that TRNC citizens and TRNC high school graduates who were placed in universities through the ÖSYM system according to the 2024 YKS results will be eligible to receive a success scholarship in line with the rules of the scholarship regulation, provided that they are in the top 5 in the ranking according to the score type and apply for a scholarship.
Accordingly, the applications of students who register to universities and apply for scholarships will be evaluated within the framework of the Scholarship Regulation.
