Incident at Beşiktaş Nightclub: Armed Altercation Over Bill Dispute
On Thursday, February 13, a shocking incident unfolded in the Nispetiye neighborhood at 5:00 AM, involving a dispute that escalated to an armed confrontation outside a local nightclub.
Ali C., who had been granted special leave from prison, was reported to have enjoyed a night out at the venue before facing an unexpected situation regarding his bill. After spending time at the nightclub, Ali C. allegedly engaged in a heated argument with the staff over what he claimed was an inflated bill of 25,000 Turkish Liras for services rendered. Feeling unfairly charged, he was escorted out of the establishment.
In a troubling turn of events, Ali C. returned to the nightclub the following morning, armed with a gun. Security cameras captured footage of this alarming incident, which depicted Ali C. confronting the nightclub employees.
Police Response and Arrest
Following the episode, the Besiktas Public Security Bureau launched an investigation. Officers reviewed the security footage and tracked Ali C. as he fled toward the Zincirlikuyu area. Police were quick to act, apprehending him on Büyükdere Street, where he was found in possession of the unlicensed firearm used during the altercation. In addition, authorities discovered four drugs on him.

Upon his arrest, it became evident that Ali C. had a concerning criminal history, with seven previous offenses recorded. He was taken into custody and faced multiple charges, including "deliberately endangering public safety," "violation of firearms laws," "damage to property," and "drug possession." Following an initial court appearance, he was remanded in custody.
