Alaattin Köseler: The New Mayor of Beykoz
Alaattin Köseler, a native of Paşabahçe born in 1960, has recently been elected as the Mayor of Beykoz. Köseler has deep roots in the community, having attended primary, secondary, and high school in Beykoz. His educational journey led him to Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, where he graduated in 1983. Following his military service in Mamak, Köseler pursued a master’s degree in Mimar Sinan University, Department of Interior Architecture.
Köseler is also an active member of TMMOB (Association of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects), showcasing his dedication to his profession. Alongside his professional achievements, he is a family man, being married and having one child.
In the March 31, 2024 local elections, Beykoz residents showed their trust in Köseler by electing him as their Mayor. With his experience, education, and commitment to the community, Köseler is ready to lead Beykoz into a brighter future.
