Biography of Homeland Party Spokesperson İpek Özkal Sayan
Prof. Dr. İpek Özkal Sayan, a distinguished academic, was born in Ankara and received her undergraduate education at Ankara University. She completed a master’s degree in Management Sciences at the same institution and went on to complete her PhD in the Development of Public Personnel System in Turkey.
Currently, Dr. Sayan is a professor at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. She is fluent in English and proficient in Italian.
Dr. Sayan has published numerous papers on topics such as public management, governance, and public policy. Her research interests include strategic management, innovation management, and entrepreneurship. She has also been involved in several national and international research projects.
Her contributions to the field of public administration have earned her numerous accolades, including the Young Scientist Award from the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey.
