BRTK Completes 2025 kg of Primary Exams in 2025
The Ministry of National Education has announced that the 2025 College entrance exams 1st step (KGS-1) have been completed. Various schools, including Türk Maarif College, Famagusta TMK, Güzelyurt TMK, İskele Evkaf Türk Maarif College, Bekirpaşa High School, Hala Sultan Theology College, and Lefke Gazi High School, conducted the exams in two sessions on the same day.
After the exams, the Ministry of National Education published the question booklets and answer keys on their official website www.mebnet.net. The answer papers will be evaluated using an optical reader process, and the results of the exam will be announced later in the evening.
The 2nd step exam (KGS-2) for college entrance will take place on June 14th. Students will be ranked based on the scores obtained from both steps, with 50% weight on KGS-1 and 50% weight on KGS-2. They will then have the opportunity to register for the 2025-2026 academic year based on the quota numbers of the colleges.
According to the results of the exams, a total of 670 students, including 150 for Türk Maarif College, 100 for Famagusta Turkish Maarif College, 75 for Güzelyurt Turkish Maarif College, 100 for İskele Evkaf Turkish Maarif College, 25 for Lefke Gazi High School College, and 120 for Hala Sultan Theology College, will be eligible to register for colleges in the upcoming academic year.
