
Budapest’s Biodome Presents Unique Light Art Spectacle in March

Lightdome Event at the Biodome: A Unique Immersion in Art and Nature
The Biodome is set to host a one-of-a-kind light art event from March 1st to March 17th, marking the first time that the interior spaces of the Biodome will be open to the public. This unique event will feature site-specific installations and projections created by both local and international artists, curated by the organizers of the renowned INOTA Festival.
Visitors to the event can expect a 1.5-2 hour immersive experience, where they will encounter artwork crafted by visionary media artists. The Biodome’s distinctive spaces will be reimagined by selected artists and their artworks, presenting a unique atmosphere for attendees to explore and enjoy.
The internationally recognized artists will present pieces that reflect on natural phenomena and interactions between light and nature, offering a thought-provoking and visually stunning experience for all attendees.
Organized by the team behind the light art program of INOTA Festival (COLLOC Productions, Centrum Production), in collaboration with LaLuz Visuals and acclaimed light artist Kari Kola, the event promises to be a spectacle not to be missed.
The Lightdome event will take place daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering attendees the opportunity to enjoy the unique atmosphere at various times throughout the day.
Early bird ticket prices will be available from February 15th to February 29th, with adult tickets priced at HUF 6000 and special rates for students, senior citizens, and children. Regular ticket prices will apply after the early bird period, with adult tickets at HUF 6900 and discounted rates for students and senior citizens.
