Bulgarian Ambassador accredited in Turkmenistan

The Republic of Bulgaria and Turkmenistan have strengthened their bilateral relations with the accreditation of the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bulgaria to Turkmenistan, Ruslan Stoyanov.
