A horrifying incident occurred in Bolu as the battery of a child’s bicycle exploded while he was riding it. The child narrowly escaped with his life as police teams rushed to the scene to extinguish the flames.
The terrifying moment was captured on a mobile phone camera, showing the bike’s battery exploding like a bomb. The incident took place in Anıtpark, where a child was riding his bike with friends when suddenly the battery caught fire and exploded.
The young rider quickly abandoned his bicycle and moved away as the flames engulfed the bike. Fortunately, police teams passing by the area saw the smoke and came to the rescue. Using a fire extinguisher from their vehicle, the police managed to put out the fire before it spread further.
Firefighters were also called to the scene to ensure the safety of the area. Despite their efforts, the battery continued to burn, causing damage to the bicycle. Thanks to the quick response of the authorities, the child was unharmed, and a potentially dangerous situation was swiftly brought under control.
