Carnival Doner Scandal Rocks the Community – CNN Türk Reporting

In a recent incident in the Gulf district of Kocaeli, 648 people were poisoned after consuming chicken doner. The incident occurred during the Orange Flower Carnival in Adana, where a stand selling chicken doner was set up by a company called Phenomenon Doner. Images captured at the carnival showed that the cooked chicken on the doner appeared to be contaminated. As a result, the authorities imposed an administrative fine of 42,076 TL on Phenomenon Doner and removed their stand from the carnival area.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Another doner stand in the carnival area had a similar issue, with cooked chicken being placed on top of contaminated chicken. The alarming situation was captured on camera by a bystander, highlighting the disregard for human health by certain businesses operating at public events.
This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of food safety regulations and the need for strict enforcement to protect consumers from potential health risks. It is crucial for authorities to closely monitor food vendors at public events to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
