Carob Festival Kicks Off This Friday – BRTK
The 17th Carob Festival in Tatlısu is set to kick off this Friday with a variety of exciting activities and performances. Organized by Tatlısu Municipality, the festival will run for three days, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the region.
The festival will commence with a vibrant procession on Friday, September 6 at 19:00, followed by opening speeches and entertaining shows. International folk dance teams from 7 countries will grace the stage, adding a colorful touch to the festivities.
Visitors can look forward to beach wrestling competitions, a backgammon tournament, and fun activities for children. In addition, there will be free caricature and portrait sessions for those looking to capture special memories from the event.
