Çavuşoğlu meets METU NCC Vice Rector Sabah and Artist Bayer
Turkish Artist Serkan Bayer and his delegation were received by the Minister of National Education, Nazım Çavuşoğlu and the Vice Rector of METU Northern Cyprus Campus, Prof. Dr. Cumali Sabah to discuss an upcoming exhibition in TRNC. During the meeting, Bayer provided information about the exhibition which is set to bring together sound, image and light for the first time in the world.
Expressing his happiness to host such an exhibition, Minister Çavuşoğlu stated that they support such organizations as the Ministry and look forward to watching the paintings which change color according to the time of the day with their compositions. Çavuşoğlu also encouraged young people and students to stay close to science and art, which have a converging and unifying power throughout their lives.
METU KKK Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Cumali Sabah emphasized the importance of cherishing science and art in all societies and the potential for such exhibitions to bring prestige to societies on an international platform. The exhibition promises to bring science and art together and is highly anticipated.
