In a disturbing incident in Diyarbakır’s Sur district, a 5-year-old boy identified only as DF was injured in the head during an attack by a stray dog. The incident took place recently, prompting a quick response from authorities.
After the attack, the situation was reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center, leading to the dispatch of a medical team to the scene. The team wasted no time in providing initial medical intervention before swiftly transferring DF to Dicle University Hospital for further treatment.
DF, who suffered scratches on his head as a result of the attack, was fortunately discharged after receiving the necessary medical care. This incident serves as a reminder of the potential dangers posed by stray animals in urban areas, highlighting the need for increased awareness and preventive measures to protect public safety.
