Children: Our Hope for the Future
President Ersin Tatar recently participated in the 10th World Children’s Day Festival held by Değirmenlik Akıncılar Municipality at Cihangir Stadium. In his speech at the event, President Tatar expressed his pleasure in attending and highlighted the significance of children as the hope and assurance of the future.
During his address, President Tatar emphasized the importance of children receiving education that is rooted in their own culture and traditions. He also stressed the need for everyone to contribute towards creating a better future for children, free from unfair restrictions and isolation.
President Tatar took the opportunity to commemorate Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the visionary leader who dedicated April 23 as National Sovereignty and Children’s Day. He praised Değirmenlik Akıncılar Municipality for organizing the event and extended his congratulations to all those involved in making it a success.
As we celebrate World Children’s Day on June 1st, let us all strive to provide a nurturing environment for the younger generation, empowering them to look towards the future with hope and optimism.
