Continuation of the National Sister School Project

The “National Sister School Project” continues to promote cooperation and cultural exchange among schools affiliated with the General Secondary Education Department of the Ministry of National Education. The project aims to establish a communication network between schools of the same level and type in different regions, fostering common cultural values and introducing language, history, culture, and education systems.
In addition to promoting peace, love, brotherhood, and friendship, the project also emphasizes the exchange of written and visual publications, sharing technological developments, and organizing mutual study visits. By bringing together schools with common interests and goals, the project encourages interaction and collaboration between participating institutions.
Last year, 33 schools took part in the project, and this year, the number has increased to a total of 36 schools, including Nicosia Turkish High School, Nicosia Anatolian Fine Arts High School, and Hala Sultan Theological College. The growth in participation demonstrates the continued interest and commitment of schools to the principles and objectives of the “National Sister School Project.” This initiative plays a crucial role in fostering understanding and cooperation between educational institutions and promoting cultural exchange and mutual learning.
