Tragic Accident on Hacımehmetli-Pusat Mahallesi Road: One Dead, Another Injured
A devastating accident took place yesterday evening on the Hacımehmetli-Pusat Mahallesi road, leaving one person dead and another injured. The incident occurred at approximately 9:30 pm and involved a collision between a car and a tractor.
The car, with license plate 42 ACZ 649, was being driven by İsmail Yurteri, who rear-ended the baler attached to the tractor operated by Osman Mutlu. Sadly, İsmail Yurteri’s wife, Ganime Yurteri, lost her life in the accident, while İsmail himself sustained injuries.
The injured driver was quickly transported to Kadınhanı State Hospital by the medical teams who promptly arrived at the scene. Meanwhile, the lifeless body of Ganime Yurteri was taken to the hospital morgue for further procedures and examination.
An investigation into the accident is currently ongoing, with authorities detaining Osman Mutlu, the tractor driver involved in the collision. The police are working to determine the cause of the accident and gather all necessary evidence to shed light on the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.
This unfortunate incident serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety and the need for strict adherence to traffic regulations.
