CTP Stands in Solidarity with Protest Action Order- BRTK
The main opposition Republican Turkish Party (CTP) has shown their support for the recent call to action by union groups. They announced that they will be standing in front of the Prime Ministry next week, alongside members, unions, and economic organizations.
In a statement released by CTP, they expressed their solidarity with the ongoing action of the Animal Producers and Breeders Union in Nicosia. The party stated that the protests have escalated into a “social rebellion” due to perceived insensitivity, questionable decisions, lies, and a lack of dialogue.
CTP emphasized that the struggles of animal farmers are also the struggles of the people and those who believe in fair and transparent working conditions. They voiced their commitment to standing with the protesters and fighting for their rights.
