Cypriot Architects Join 49th General Assembly of Turkish Chamber
The delegation from the Chamber of Architects, led by President Onur Olguner, recently attended the general assembly of the Chamber of Architects of Türkiye as special guests.
At the 49th General Assembly in Ankara, the delegation, which included Secretary Cemal Aktunç and former Chamber President Türker Aktaç, participated in discussions on various issues related to architecture, education, professional development, and international relations.
During his address at the assembly, President Onur Olguner highlighted the importance of collaboration among different organizations and emphasized the need for continued partnerships in these areas. He also mentioned the recent Justice March for the Champion Angels, a symbolic event that brought attention to the tragic earthquake in 2023.
Olguner expressed solidarity with the Turkish Cypriot community and stressed the importance of seeking justice through legal avenues. He commended the Chamber of Architects of Türkiye for their invitation and wished success to the incoming president and team elected for the new term.
