Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus: Most Preferred Destination for Turkish Airlines’ Eid-al-Adha Holidays
Turkish Airlines has announced that the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has become the most preferred overseas destination for additional flights during the Eid al-Adha holidays. Between June 23 and July 2, Turkish Airlines will organize 204 additional flights, including the Feast of Sacrifice between June 28 and July 1.
Turkish Airlines, known for its wide flight network covering 129 countries worldwide, aims to offer a privileged flight experience to its guests. In addition to their regular flights, the airline has planned numerous additional flights to meet the high demand during the Eid al-Adha holiday.
To address any transportation congestion that may arise during this period, Turkish Airlines will operate 198 additional flights from Istanbul Airport, its main hub. Additionally, AnadoluJet, a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, will operate six additional flights from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
The travel preferences of passengers who wish to spend the nine-day holiday with their families, enjoy the warm seas, or explore destinations abroad have become evident. Within the country, the most preferred domestic destinations were Adana, Trabzon, Antalya, and Dalaman. However, when it comes to overseas travel, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has emerged as the top choice.
