Deadly Coffeehouse Raid in Izmir: 1 Fatality, 3 Arrests
A tragic incident took place in the Karabağlar district of Izmir, where 3 individuals on a plate-free motorcycle in front of a coffeehouse opened fire on a man after shouting “Are you informant?” The victim, Nuh Çifci, was hit by bullets and succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. The shooting occurred at 9:00 pm at a coffeehouse in the Reis neighborhood, leaving Nuh Çifci severely injured. Despite efforts to save him at Izmir Katip Celebi University Ataturk Training and Research Hospital, Çifci tragically lost his life. The suspects, identified as MMU (40), Mu (28), and AA (28), were captured in the Seferihisar district shortly after the incident and are currently under police custody for further questioning.
