Death Toll in Gaza Surges to 38,983 Following Israeli Attack
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has released a statement detailing the ongoing attacks by Israel on the Gaza Strip. According to the ministry, Israel has been carrying out attacks on Gaza for 289 days, with the latest incident resulting in four massacres in various parts of the region.
In the past 24 hours alone, 64 Palestinians have lost their lives and 105 others have been injured in the attacks. Since October 7, 2023, the death toll from Israel’s attacks on Gaza has reached 38,983, with 89,727 people injured.
The ministry also highlighted the issue of bodies that have not yet been recovered. There are still bodies trapped under rubble and on the side of the road, but medical teams and civil defense officials are facing obstacles from Israeli forces, preventing them from reaching and recovering the bodies.
The continuous attacks and loss of life in Gaza are a cause for great concern, and the international community has been urged to take action to stop the violence and protect the lives of innocent civilians in the region. The Palestinian Ministry of Health is calling for immediate intervention to bring an end to the ongoing crisis in Gaza.
