Finance Minister Ozdemir Berova clarified that the project was separate from the country’s copper infrastructure and revenue. Berova explained the importance of completing the fiber optic network to prevent interruptions and ensure technological advancement. He mentioned ongoing studies with a consortium for fiber optic projects, emphasizing the need for careful planning in such significant investments.
