Kazakh Singer Dimash Kudaibergen Narrates “The Legend of Shen Nong” in Chinese Mythology Project
Astana – Kazakh singer Dimash Kudaibergen has lent his voice to the first multimedia product of the second season of the Chinese Mythology in Paintings project, narrating “The Legend of Shen Nong” in the Kazakh language. The project, produced by CGTN and published by the China Media Group on Dec. 7, invited the famous musician to complete his cross-over debut in animation voice acting.
The video description reads, “Listen to Dimash’s heavenly voice narrate the grand ancient legends, retracing the vibrant ancient scenes.” Shen Nong, also known as the “divine farmer” or “divine husbandman,” was a mythological Chinese ruler and the first Yan Emperor who became a deity in Chinese folk religion. According to Chinese mythology, Shen Nong taught humans how to grow wheat, sew clothes, and make medicine from herbs.
The second season of the Chinese Mythology in Paintings project promises to bring ancient Chinese stories to life with the help of talented individuals like Dimash Kudaibergen. His participation marks a significant milestone in his career as he expands his skills into the realm of animation voice acting.
