Discussing Central Asia with the Director of the International Institute
On September 18, 2024, a delegation from Turkmenistan led by Chinar Rustemova, the Executive Secretary of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, met with Evren Rutbil, the Director of the International Institute for Central Asian Studies (IICAS) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
