Discussion of Draft Law on Social Services Department in Committee – BRTK
The Administrative, Public, and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic recently held a meeting to discuss the Draft Law regarding the reorganization of the Social Services Department. The committee members, including UBP Deputy Sunat Atun and CTP deputies Filiz Besim and Devrim Barçın, along with other officials and representatives from various organizations, gathered to vote on the proposed changes.
The Draft Law aims to enhance the effectiveness of the Social Services Diaresi by increasing the number of personnel, establishing a new directorate, and expanding its services. The discussions and debates during the meeting focused on adapting the draft law to address the evolving socio-economic and social conditions in the country.
Minister of Labor and Social Security Sadık Gardiyanoğlu also participated in the committee meeting, alongside representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Public Administration and Human Resources Presidency, KTAMS, Kamu-Sen, Universal Patient Rights Association, Official Rights, and Mental Health Association.
