Dr. Fazıl Küçük Symposium to be Held in Ankara
The Dr. Fazıl Küçük and the Voice of the People’s Sound Symposium, organized by the Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation with the support of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), will take place in Ankara on March 12-13 in collaboration with Başkent University.
Academics from Turkey and other countries will participate in the Symposium, which will kick off on March 12 at 10.00 at the University Campus in Ankara with a photography exhibition dedicated to Fazıl Küçük.
The opening ceremony of the symposium will feature speeches from President Ersin Tatar, Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, TİKA President Serkan Kayalar, Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation Chairman Mehmet Küçük, Başkent University Founder Prof. Dr. Mehmet Haberal, and President of the Continent Assoc. Dr. Mehmet Balyemez.
The symposium, which follows a previous event organized by the Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus two years ago, will conclude on March 13 with an evaluation and closing session.
