Incident in Kemalpaşa: Driver Refuses Alcohol Test

Late at night in the Kemalpaşa Neighborhood, a traffic enforcement team stopped a light commercial vehicle with the license plate 16 BGN 845. The driver, identified as 45-year-old Sertaç K., was asked to undergo an alcohol test.

However, Sertaç K. refused to comply with the breathalyzer test, claiming he did not possess a valid driver’s license.
