International Drug Lord ‘Zafer Ramadan’ Caught in Mersin
In a successful joint operation, the National Intelligence Organization and Mersin Provincial Police Department Intelligence Branch Directorate teams managed to capture the notorious international drug lord, ‘Zafer Ramadan’, in Mersin.
The intelligence work conducted by the authorities led to the discovery of ‘Zafer Ramadan’s presence in Mersin. After conducting thorough technical and physical studies, the specific location where the drug lord was staying in the Mezitli District was identified.
A carefully planned dawn raid, supported by drone technology, was carried out at the identified address, resulting in the apprehension of ‘Zafer Ramadan’. The international drug lord, who was wanted for his involvement in drug trafficking on an international scale, was successfully captured during the operation.
Following his arrest, ‘Zafer Ramadan’ was taken to the Mersin Provincial Police Department for further questioning.
