E-Mongolia 4.0: Now Available for Public Use
E-Mongolia 4.0: A Revolutionary Update to the State Service System
Today, on May 7, 2024, the new and updated version of E-Mongolia, known as E-Mongolia 4.0, has been officially launched to the public. This cutting-edge system, which is based on artificial intelligence (AI), has been developed with the introduction of “E-Mongolia Academia”. The opening ceremony was attended by more than 200 guests, including Prime Minister L.Oyun-Erdene, Digital Development and Communication Minister N.Uchral, parliament members, government officials, and representatives from the private sector.
E-Mongolia, initially introduced on October 1, 2020, was designed to offer 181 services from 23 organizations. However, with the latest update, it now provides access to 1233 services from 86 organizations, with a user base of 1.8 million, representing over 70 percent of the Mongolian population. Over the past four years, citizens have successfully utilized 46 million services, resulting in significant cost savings of 922 billion MNT in indirect costs and 144 billion MNT in direct costs.
One of the most notable features of the new version, E-Mongolia 4.0, is the integration of artificial intelligence-based smart actions aimed at protecting citizens. The interface has been redesigned to streamline access to information about vehicles, property, and enterprise ownership, all conveniently located in the profile section. Additionally, users now have the ability to search for services using their voice, thanks to AI technology.
Furthermore, the updated system allows users to access a range of services, including receiving data from flood, water, and gas sensors, viewing medical test results, checking prescription history, and much more. The incorporation of AI in E-Mongolia 4.0 has truly revolutionized the way citizens interact with and benefit from state services.
