Ece Kurt Crowned Miss North Cyprus, Aras Gül Wins 26th Mr North Cyprus
The 37th Miss North Cyprus and 26th Mr. North Cyprus Contests were held this year at The Arkın İskele Hotel under the theme of “Meaningful and Purposeful Beauty”. Organized by Günkut Agency, the contests showcased the talents and beauty of the contestants.
A total of 12 finalists competed for the title of Miss North Cyprus, while 11 finalists vied for the title of Mr. North Cyprus. The contestants walked the runway wearing special 40th Anniversary creations by İnci Arkan and showcased collections by the Academy Art Association, including Anka 2 and Anka Men, Midye girls, and Bahar Doratlı wedding dresses.
After a tough deliberation by the jury, the winners of the Mr. Northern Cyprus competition were announced. Nevzat Abbasoğlu won the title of Mr. Friendship, while Haris Metehan Altunbaş was crowned as Mr. Tourism Arkın. The 3rd place went to İsmail Sağlamer, the 2nd place to Hüseyin Aysan, and the title of Mr. Northern Cyprus was awarded to Aras Gül.
In the Miss North Cyprus competition, Beren Aysel was named Miss Friendship Beauty, and Yağmur Lisani received the title of Miss Tourism Arkın. Birgül Saraçoğlu, Sevgen Polat, and Ece Kurt secured the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st places respectively.
The evening was filled with excitement and celebration, as plaques were awarded to individuals who contributed to the success of the competition. The Ladies Fusion Dance Group also entertained the audience with a vibrant performance, adding to the overall ambiance of the event.
