Emir Sarıgül, born in 1981 in Istanbul, is a prominent business figure with a rich personal history. He is the son of Hülya Köksaloğlu, the first wife of Mustafa Sarıgül, the former Mayor of Şişli and founder of the Turkish Change Party. Tragically, Emir lost his mother to cancer when he was just four years old, an event that shaped his early life and character.
Emir’s educational journey began in Istanbul, where he attended Fevziye Schools Foundation Private Işık High School. He pursued higher education at Yeditepe University, graduating with a degree in English Business Administration. Furthering his academic credentials, he studied at the American Intercontinental University in London, England, which equipped him for a successful career in business.
In 2008, Emir Sarıgül married Fatoş Altınbaş, and the couple welcomed two daughters during their marriage. However, they divorced in 2019. Despite personal challenges, Sarıgül has maintained a vigorous commitment to his professional endeavors and community engagement.
