Empowering Muhtars: Turkey’s Top Priority
Numan Kurtulmuş, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, emphasized the importance of the institution of headmanship in Turkish democracy during his speech at the Istanbul Mukhtars’ Meeting, which was attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
