End of Semester: Report Card Distribution and Semester Break Begins on Friday
More than 20 million students and 1 million 200 thousand teachers in Turkey have returned to school for the 2024-2025 academic year. Classes started on September 9, 2024, and the first semester break took place from November 11 to November 15, 2024.
After resuming classes on November 18, students will receive their report cards on Friday, January 17, and then go on their semester break. The break will begin on Monday, January 20, 2025, and end on Friday, January 31, 2025.
The second term will commence on Monday, February 3, 2025, and conclude on Friday, June 20, 2025. The midterm break for the second term will start on Monday, March 31, 2025, and end on Friday, April 4, 2025.
