Ending the Shame: The Cost of Innocent Lives
Communication President Fahrettin Altun condemned the recent attacks carried out by Israel in a statement shared on his social media account. Altun highlighted the indiscriminate nature of the attacks, which targeted schools, children’s parks, hospitals, and places of worship, resulting in the death of more than 50,000 people.
Describing the actions of the Israeli forces as a massacre of innocents, Altun expressed outrage at the killing of journalists who were reporting on the situation next to a hospital. He called on the international community to intervene and put an end to the genocide being perpetrated by Israel.
Altun emphasized the need for solidarity with the Palestinian and Gaza brothers, urging for immediate action to stop the bloodshed and hold Israel accountable for its terror on the international stage. He criticized the silence of the Western world and media organizations for failing to condemn the atrocities committed by Israel.
As the Republic of Turkey, Altun vowed to continue advocating for justice and standing by the victims of the attacks. He called for a united effort to halt the violence and prevent further loss of innocent lives at the hands of the Israeli regime.
